INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of blueberries
1 whole rosemary sprig
1 tsp of stevia or xylitol
1 cup of sparkling mineral water
Optional
2 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle blueberries and rosemary with either stevia or xylitol using a wooden spoon or muddler in a cocktail shaker or glass.
Add the sparkling water and stir (don’t shake!).
Add the ice cubes to a cocktail glass, strain the mocktail into the glass.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and blueberries threaded onto a toothpick (or just toss them in the drink and let them float).
